I am a highly intuitive massage therapist skilled in both corrective bodywork and energy/healing work. I provide energy work, or healing touch, during each session. I have professional knowledge, experience, and the intuitive ability to hold space for healing and encourage healthy changes.

Sports massage, Thai, Neuro-Stuctual Bodywork (corrective), and Swedish are often integrated to provide a holistic approach to healing and recovery/rehabilitation. I hold an advanced certificate in Neuro-Structural Bodywork with which I'm able to help rehabilitate the brain-body connection to improve or correct chronic problems.
